I Have been looking for a decent bankruptcy lawyer for some time so i was very relieved when i found these folks. The first impression i got from the receptionist was amazing. She was very friendly and helpful and really was able to answer all my questions. The lawyer i met with was equally great. He listened to me and was wonderful explaining and really helping me with the whole process. I really cant thank them enough for everything and i recommend them to everyone.

Handled a private matter very well.

I hired Giancarlo Sapelli to represent me in a custody battle I was having with my ex wife and it turned out to be very bad decision on my part. I did not find out how bad my decision was until we went to court. While I was on the stand I learned that Mr Sapelli failed to file my paperwork in a timely manner and what paperwork was filed was wrong. While Mr Sapelli was pleading my case the judge told him several times that the court had no paperwork from the father and he did not understand what Mr Sapelli expected to him to do. Mr. Sapelli also admitted to the late paperwork being due to his vacation "and it was entirely his fault it wasn't filed in time" my ex wife's lawyer exploited Mr Sapelli's gross negligence. In conclusion the Judge was unable to use any of my proposed changes to parenting time, child support or decision making while making his decision and was only able to award me time my ex- wife had offered to give me. Upon hearing the Judges decision I contacted the Mr. Sapelli with my complaints and requested a refund for services that were done incorrectly. The firm denied my request stating they were only willing to discount the final bill, refund me nothing and set me up with another lawyer on their firm. I was unwilling to trust a firm that had already done such a bad job so I filed a complaint with the State bar. The Arizona State Bar agreed with me that malpractice had occurred the are disciplining Mr. Sapelli. Since then I hired a different attorney and went back to court where I was awarded everything I had originally asked Mr. Sapelli to fight for. I have contacted the firm letting them know the finding by the State bar and the fact that I won my case and again asked them to refund my money and forgive the final bill and again they are refusing to take accountability for their mistake and I am forced to file a lawsuit.
