Carlie assisted me in a very high conflict and complex family court case. She was always great to communicate with, answered my questions in a timely manner and fought hard for my case. She really cares about her clients and her work ethic shows. I can’t thank her enough for all she did for my family. In the end we got the results we wanted and we could not have done it without Carlie on our side!

Mrs. Owsley represented us in a very difficult child custody case. It is seldom that the father gets the rights he deserves. Mrs. Owsley and her staff worked tirelessly, efficiently, expertly, timely, and professionally on our behalf and we could not be more grateful or ecstatic about the results of the trial and her continued persistence to enforce the rulings.

Even when I would go into her office with my daughter, the staff was always welcoming and were always wanting to make sure to keep my daughter and I comfortable and always made sure to talk with my daughter and make us feel like family. All I can say is, they have a friend for life and I give Carlie and her staff a 5 star rating and if ever this were to happen again (which I pray it doesn't) Carlie would be the first attorney and person that I contact. I'm not one that usually writes a review but my recent experience with Carlie was my second one and I couldn't think of a better person to represent me in my contempt case against my ex. When I consulted and presented her with my case, she took it without hesitation and began working on it immediately. She showed compassion considering the extreme sensitivity of my case, not once letting her emotions interfere with her professionalism. The support her and her entire staff showed, made a very difficult time as easy as possible always giving positive encouragement. I would not hesitate to retain Carlie's services in the future if the need arises nor would I hesitate to recommend her.

My experience with Carlie was amazing! My husband and I were fighting for Custody and Child Support against my sons dad and Carlie made it very easy on us. I was pregnant when all this happened and had complications with my pregnancy so Carlie made it where I didn't have to do anything until my son was born and even after that she made sure everything was easy for me. The day we went to court I was very sick and Carlie was still amazing and fought for my son as if he was her own!! All the work Carlie had put into my case won us my case and then some!!

My husband and I hired Carlie to help us obtain more parenting time with our children. Carlie worked tirelessly to help make this happen. Over months of hearings, depositions and more issues than I can count, Carlie treated our case as though she were fighting for her own children. During the final hearing, we were amazed that she knew every detail of the case, never missing a beat in questioning and making our case. We haven't received the final ruling yet, but whatever it is, we know we could not possible have had better representation.

My case started in 2008; I've been using Carlie ever since. My case started as a separation, then turned into a divorce. Then came the custody battle, common property battle, etc... My case turned real ugly real quick. I was overwhelmed and confused, but Carlie remained professional and always took the time to explain everything and how the law works. She gave me hope and peace of mind, in such a difficult time of my life. When all the dust finally settled, I was awarded soul custody of all 4 of my children. Mind you, this is 2016 and I've been a single father raising my kids since then. My ex-wife hired her own council, and lied to CPS to get them on her side. They all quickly learned they were no match in court for Carlie's experience and aggressiveness. My ex-wife even went as far as to try and hire Carlie, because she knew... that's how great of an attorney Carlie is. My family and friends know what I've gone through and what Carlie has done for me. So when someone happens to be going through a stage in life which requires a family attorney, I quickly refer them to Carlie, because I know she is among the best. I've posted her contact information several times on Facebook, because everybody knows what she's done for me. Word of mouth is the best advertisement, because people want to see results. Carlie definitely gets good results. I've gone to court almost 30 times; 2 times I went without Carlie and it was disastrous. So I went back to her and rehired her. I've spent a pretty penny in 8 years, but I don't regret it. If you pay cheap for an attorney, you're gonna get a cheap attorney, that only cares about making money. You're going to spend money anyways. So if you want to hire an excellent A+ attorney that genuinely cares about you and whatever your situation may be... Carlie is well worth every penny you spend on her. My kids mean the world to me, and she's fought so hard for me and my kids. You cannot put a price-tag on your kids and family!!

I am not sure 4000 words is enough to fully express my overwhelming joy! Our story is very long and disturbing. It involves a little boy whose father died and mother was being controlled by drugs, this little boy is my nephew. DCS snatched him up almost 2 years ago. I would like to believe that they felt they were doing the right thing however that is when the emotional abuse started and an upward rollercoaster ride began. I fought for almost a year in a system that I could not comprehend, couldn't possibly believe at times. Us, his family was not given the time of day, we were ignored most of the time and treated like second class citizens the rest of the time. Needless to say this was a fight that wore heavily on my family and me. Hard to understand how our state says they stand for "Families First" and "Families Helping Families" yet they had no interest in helping my nephew and my family. We are a good family with plenty of room for another child and more love than any child could ever need. Being that I am mild mannered, shy, respectful and very mindful of others situation, made our case even worse because they took advantage of my temperament. When I saw that doing the right thing was not getting us very far I decided to hire Carlie Owsley. Carlie was that FIREBALL that we needed. She was not afraid and was very confident and committed to getting justice for my nephew. I was amazed at how quickly she learned about our case. I had close to 500 emails to DCS that she had to go through. The court did not want us speaking but Carlie pushed her way in and BOY did she speak. She rattled off about three pages of notes she took when meeting us for the first time. She made sure she was heard. We finally had a voice in court and a smart, swift and loud voice too. We found out about a month later that we WON! My nephew finally has a safe, secure and loving home to go home to. Carlie called me personally to tell me the news.
