When going through a child custody/visitation battle - emotions run high and confusion even more so. The Owsley team was understanding and able to explain clearly and walk us through all the necessary steps in our case. They were diligent in providing excellent service and advised us on items we could complete ourselves to save money. They are definitely worth hiring and broke my thoughts that all lawyers are out for the money. They truly care about their clients and cases and treated us like we were family. We will definitely be working with them again, if needed.

Going through a divorce is a nerve wracking and emotional experience, more than I could have ever anticipated. Anytime I had questions or fears, Carlie was there with the right answer. Carlie was very proactive in getting my case on track and showed that she and her firm had things under control from the beginning. Carlie went abover & beyond for my cases! I hired her for my divorce 8 years ago. I was so scared & nervous, but learned to let that go. There's never been a time I've questioned anything. I truely believe she has the best interest of her clients & will be upfront & honest. Sometimes it may not be what we want to hear, but she is extremely knowledgeable & will do what it takes to get the job done & done right. I feel like everytime I've gone to her she has taken my case on like it was one of her own. She is very easy to talk to & extremely passionate. I met Carlie at a FLAP meeting after I tried personally to recover unpaid child support. I like that she is direct, clear, knowledgable, friendly, fare, understanding and interested in what should be done in your best interest. Her staff is amazing. She is doing for me what my previous attorney would not do. Even though my case is not closed as of this review, I have recommended her to several friends as I feel that she will do what is best for them. If you are looking for an attorney who will do what is best for you, get Carlie on your side.

Carlie is great as an attorney. I have used her 3 times in the past 7 years, and she has been great to work with every time. She's aggressive in the courtroom and knowledgeable on her cases as well as the current laws. She has always been familiar with the judges we've had involvement with and knows what needs to be done in the courtroom. I would use her again and again.

Although I did not discuss with Ms Walker, I had a free discussion with her young assistant. He was a very considerate and thoughtful in directing me in the right direction to resolve my legal issue. All for free.

Carlie is great! She actually cares about the child/family, I've had a hard time trying to find a lawyer like her. I finally have faith in my case because of her. She's lifted so much stress off my shoulders in such little time. I'm going through a crazy custody battle and she's perfect for it. Carlie is very aggressive and highly knowledgable, and it's exactly what I need. I've also worked with Jack and he's great as well. They respond to my emails very quickly and even take time to email when they aren't even in the office. Carlie's staff is amazing, they're always so nice and they are kept in the loop with my case so even if I have a quick question they can answer it for me.
