John came highly recommended and once I looked at other reviews stating his success record and professionalism, I knew we found our guy. This was a long process and throughout it all, John treated our family with respect and was very patient. I had the utmost confidence in his work and recommendations. In the end, our case ended just how we wished it to go, and that is because of John and his hard work.

My experience with Mr. Phebus was fantastic. He was able to answer any and all questions that I had in a timely manor. Recently John was able with his exceptional expertise in criminal law to negotiate my DUI down to a simple "driving too slow on the 101 freeway!" I am rating him as a 10 plus on a scale of 1 to 10. After our first call I felt confident and well informed about what was going on. Any questions I had through out the process he answered ASAP. If something came up I was contacted very quickly as well. He analyzed every aspect of my case and was able to drop my DUI charge. I would definitely recommend to others.

John Phebus offered me a free consultation despite my financial situation. He made time in his busy schedule to set up an in person appointment on very short notice within 24 hours. He helped give me confidence, strategy, and answered any questions I had in regards to my minor criminal case and arraignment the next business day. My impression of John is that he is very transparent, fair, ethical, and trustworthy. He is very knowledgable and cares a lot about his clients. Eventually my case, was partially dismissed and diverted, which was the best case scenario that John said I should fight for. I did not need his services after arraignment, but if I did, he was willing to offer a flexible payment plan. If I need a lawyer ever in the future, I will definitely use John Phebus. John is a great person to have on your side when dealing with the confusing laws and harsh penalties in a DUI case. He covered every detail of my case from questioning the officer to having independent tests done to taking photographs of where I was pulled over. In the end my charges were reduced thanks to his hard work. Through it all he clearly explained to me what he was doing and what I needed to do (which was very little) to ensure the best outcome. Well worth the money!
