We had to get a “Business Divorce” with the third partner in our business. His focus was elsewhere and wasn’t contributing to our small business as we agreed to in the beginning. I didn’t know the first thing about going about things on the law side, so I called Desert Law for some information. Peggy was great and explained we needed to sit down with Patrick so he could evaluate the situation and go over options. We agreed to pay out our third partner for what he had put in towards the business. He could have walked away with nothing, as he was voted out, but we wanted to be fair. Patrick made things so easy and explained the process thoroughly. Besides the first meeting, everything was communicated through email which worked best for us, as we have a business to run. Patrick looked over our operating agreement and moved forward with drafting up an agreement letter. The third partner went quietly, took the payout, and signed the agreement that Patrick and his team drafted for us. Patrick and his team made this stressful situation not so stressful. We really appreciate you and your team for taking the time to walk us through this very difficult situation and will highly recommend your services to anyone we know that may go through a similar situation we did. I was scammed by a local company. I tried dealing with these people to no avail. Patrick took over. He handled everything.

Helped me with my case. He was a straight shooter and didn't feed me bogus stuff to inflate a case, and his pocket. He told me where I had a chance and where it was a waste of time and money to pursue certain aspects of my case. He was fair and always responded quickly. He had good knowledge of my case and saw it through until the end. In many cases you walk away feeling like you lost. He was able to make me walk away feeling like I got the best deal. Thanks again!

Mr. Monahan and Art I used Monahan Law Firm after my initial lawer, Kent Lee (Do not use! Look up all his reviews), committed numerous blunders and was a complete disaster! Mr. Monaghan, along with Art, did an exceptional job in completing my divorce case. Not only did they provided me with the correct information, but they were supportive, showed compassion, allowed me to explain my situation, were reasonable regarding total payment, and showed me that they were vested in my case. I went into my consultation stressed, sad, and hurt. After spending several hours discussing my situation, it was suppose to be 1 hour, I realized I was in good hands. I received everything I asked for in my divorce, along with a few others request, that I didn't thinking I would receiving.
