This man should be disbarred! I had to file a complaint with the AZ state Bar and AZ Attorney General Office, he took money from my elderly disabled mother and did absolutely nothing on her case. He had her pay money upfront and then created bogus charges to take all her money. He is now withholding information from her and our family that is needed to move forward with of case.

Mr Monahan and his team are just great. I cant explain how confident you become as you work with them over time. Being able to focus on other parts of your personal and business is key. This team allows you to do this with no worries that the hard work on your case is being done. Though, my case wasnt easy in the end results speak for themself. Patrick made sure keeping a communication line with me was vital and necessary for me to achieve my goals elsewhere, while he did all the work on my case afar. Patrick and his legal assistant Arthur made us feel heard, welcomed, and supported. They responded promptly to emails, advocated on our behalf and took us all the way to the finish line. We never felt pushed or prodded in any direction - they respected us and our wishes. They moved at our pace and answered all our questions with honesty. Id recommend them to anyone.

Gave me other clients paperwork by mistake and couldn’t keep promises on dates regarding when things would be accomplished. Awful experience and cost me a ton of money for absolutely nothing. At least I caught on fast and fired him, getting only some of my money back on the retainer. Better than nothing I suppose.
