Just called trying to see if they'd be able to help with my case and the lawyer on the phone made a big deal and gave me attitude about not wanting to provide my email straight away. Wouldn't even hear what I had to say if I didn't provide my email. Idk about other people but I'm not going to provide all my info to be potentially sent all kinds of promotional emails and whatnot. No thank you. Didn't give me any insight on why they need my info straight away instead of just repeatedly telling me not providing my info was NOT an option. Made me feel uncomfortable.
