We contacted Mark for revisions to our will. He was very professional, addressing all our questions with expertise and advising us when necessary. We were very satisfied with the final result.

We hired Mark to help my sister and I resolve an Estate issue. Our stepmom passed leaving us pretty much everything, however her live-in boyfriend had written documents and had her sign them which were to his advantage. Mark spent 6 years unraveling his tangled mess that was created. He went way beyond in helping my sister and I through all of this. We prevailed in the end thanks to Mark and his hard work in getting us there. I recommend him highly! He is honest and professional. He even got published on our case after jumping through hoops to get us where we needed to be.

An attorney's responsiveness is his or her's most valuable attribute. I have used Mark Sippel to do a rather complicated owner finance real estate transaction in the past on behalf of my mother. More recently I had to make some adjustments to it. I live in Texas and when I have used Mark there has been some urgency to my business relative to time. Mark was able to accomplish what I needed via email, telephone, and fax to save me valuable time. His fee was reasonable and he started work on my problems immediately. I consider him a good competent attorney who does the work as quickly as possible.
