I spoke with Brint at this firm regarding a business purchase. He is very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. He charge me nothing and spent over 20 minutes with me on the phone. He saved me from a possible big mistake.
I highly recommend this business if you need a business attorney. Also, the fee structure is more than fair. It is hard to find a firm like this for this particular industry.
