Sheri is an excellent attorney. She has helped us and continues to help us with our family court related issues. She is a no nonsense type. She sets realistic expectations and is clear in her communication. She presents her points clearly and concisely. Sheri, Randa & Karen are amazing, great team constantly updated us through the entire process answered every question and went above and beyond when we needed them to make sure I was being treated fairly by the circumstances. She represented me in a child custody case where the other parent filed for sole custody. She fought for what was in the best interest of our son and made sure that I understood every step we where taking. I recommend her every chance I get and I will continue to recommend her, They are the best! Sheri patiently explained and helped understand the process. Sheri is amazing both in and out of court. She explained the process clearly for me to understand in the beginning and there were no surprises. She communicates well and is extremely professional. Sheri was able to get my monthly child support obligation lowered and my daughter born out of wedlock on the same custody agreement which I have with my son's born during my marriage. Sheri will give it to you straight and fight for you in court.

Sheri and her staff were amazing! To go through a nasty bitter divorce having a strong female by my side gave me the confidence to fight when it made sense but she also told me when I was at risk. As a woman who made far more than my ex she was very clear explaining what the likely outcomes would be in front of a judge and speak to me not only as a client but as a trusted advisor working for me. Sheri Shepard came highly recommended, by a very close friend of mine. She too had recently gone thru a very difficult divorce. I couldn't agree more with my best friend. Honest, Professional and Personable, one of the nicest and genuine attorneys that I have ever had the honor of using, the person that gave a bad review must have the wrong person or must just be unhappy with everything in life. Sheri was attentive and open to questions anytime and I never got the feeling money was more important than my issues and getting them resolved.

Ms. Shepard left me with little time to review time sensitive documents throughout my divorce. She also did not pay attention to any of the key factors that I provided to her and left me to hang in trial. She yelled at me over the phone and is very unprofessional when you disagree. The letters that she sent back and forth between my ex's attorney were nothing but an opportunity for her to raise her billing hours. She also lied and made me look bad in front of the judge when I dropped her for not sending my support payments to my ex's attorney and once again left me hanging when opposing counsel asked why I had not been making any payments, yet they were in Ms. Shepard's drawer even after she assured me I should not send them certified mail. Very disappointed by the services she provided. It appears she is in it for the money and not her clients.

Ms. Shepard is very organized, keeps you informed and fights to the end. She is very knowledgeable and lets you know what to expect and what may happen either good or bad. Helped with my child custoday and child support issues. Thank you
