I was involved in an auto accident. I was getting the run-around from the insurance of the man who hit me. We found Mr Richter by pure luck and instantly made a new friend. He contacted us immediately and we felt right at home when we met with him. He is very personal and friendly, but is also a get-it-done attorney. He and Kim were very easy to work with and they did not put up with the foolishness from the insurance. We appreciate their diligence to bring our case to a resolution! Thank you! October 2017, we were rear ended which forced us into the vehicle in front of us. After trying to deal with their insurance and ours, our son's father-in-law referred us to Clark Richter. Mr. Richter was professional, kind and understanding. He handled our daughters, my wife's and mine. He handled all the billings, dealt with their insurance company and ours, and was able to give us the help we needed. His legal assistant, Kim was excellent. She was always willing to work and talk with us so we understood what was going on. We didn't have to deal with anyone else except Mr. Richter or Kim. Awesome team work! We greatly appreciate all the hard work they did in our behalf. We definitely would use them again.

After speaking with him about my case, I felt confident in hiring him to represent my husband, son and I. My Injury claim turned out to be far more complex than originally thought but Clark was beyond supportive and never gave up.
