Twice now I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Bernabe-Rice and her paralegal, Jenna, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their services. Nicole is beyond the best lawyer I have ever hired I lost costudy and my kids got to move to another state when I contacted Nicole she assured me she would do her best to get me my kids. She got my kids back in the state of Arizona and got me full costudy if it wasn’t for her I would still be with out my kids! I’m grateful for her and her team !

Nicole and her Paralegal Jenna are amazing! I’m going through a very nasty divorce and I believe if I had chosen anyone else I would’ve been screwed. They are 100% dedicated to their clients. Almost a year ago, I hired Nicole for a VERY difficult case in family court. I first thought she was very young and maybe not enough experienced to handle my case, I WAS WRONG! She WON my case, so that I can be with all my children. I can’t never thank her enough for her HARD work in my case. I was surprised how well she knew the story associated to each exhibit. Due to family issues, I had to leave Arizona to move to Oklahoma. Unfortunately, my wife could not move with me because she and her child's father could not come up with a long distance parenting plan. My wife and I sought out many lawyers, most of whom said they wouldn't take the case, or that the case was too hard to win. After working with another attorney that didn't pan out for us, Nicole took the case. She essentially rolled up her sleeves and dug in! Nicole wasn't only our lawyer, but a support throughout the process. Although she represents many, she honestly made us feel like we were her only client!! As the trial approached, she laid out her strategy to both my wife and me and was open to any ideas we had. I think my wife describes her litigation techniques best when she says, "Nicole was a lion in there." She was relentless!! She executed her plan and WON THE CASE for us!! Should you decide to hire Nicole, my recommendation would be to listen to what she says, because she is listening to what you have to say, and she knows what she is doing!! She's AWESOME!!!
