Michelle and Team were very kind, empathetic and knowledgeable in our situation. Michelle is very straight forward and to the point, there was no sugar coating! This is what we liked about her and knew she was the right fit for us. She and her team kept in communication with us and were available when we had questions, which were quite a few. My experience with VS Criminal Defense Attorneys has been great. My son currently resides in Arizona with friends and and I live in Ohio and he got himself into a bad situation there. I called at least 10 law firms before finally connecting with this law group. Elliot was whom I spoke with. He has been amazing to work with. It’s already hard being a mom and having your child move away then he gets into trouble and your thousands of miles away from him. I felt totally helpless. After speaking with Elliot he made me feel confident and relieved and I knew he could help my son. He has explained everything step by step and has communicated above and beyond which is a blessing for me because I am out of state. He also worked with me on the financial side of things. I’m happy to say my son will be coming home soon. He had several felonies and was looking at 7 if not more years in prison and Elliot got everything worked out with just probation. If it wasn’t for this law group I’m not sure what would of happened. I probably would of lost my son to the system. If I were local I would be referring everyone I know to them but since I’m not I’ll have to settle with giving them this five star review. They truly are the best! Michelle was extremely sympathetic, professional, effective, and prompt in all aspects of my case (DUI). She gathered data quickly, worked behind the scenes to limit the amount of days we actually had to spend in court, and her end result was much more than I had hoped for always aiming for the best outcome. Villanueva Skura helped me navigate a very difficult time in my life. I had severe anxiety surrounding my arrest and I’m sure it made it hard to have me as a client.
