“I Wouldn't have minded paying 300 for a 45 minute consultation if mr. Dan Nies knew anything about Arizona property law as he claimed. Most of the information he gave was wrong and got me into legal issues. He would not discuss the legal issues caused by his advice unless I paid 350hr.”
