Inconsistent communication and responsiveness from the firm
“I didn't hear a thing until one day in April I called to see what was going on. I talked to a women and gave her all my info to look me up. She finds me in the system and says to me 'So they are still working on your case it just takes a little bit to go to the next step'.”

Concerns about the firm's organization and case management
“I put down a $2500 retainer in May 2019. There were initial phone calls that were made, at least one that I know of, and I was charged $182.50 for it. I have never been contacted by anyone there. I have sent numerous emails and called and left messages for people to call me back. There has been absolutely nothing else done.”
