Pros
1
Highly competent and professional attorneys
“Doug Nelson and Taz Evan are simply the creme of the crop. I am an attorney in Mesa and refer to their legal expertise in litigation for my clients on a weekly basis. I highly recommend them and their services.”
2
Excellent client communication and responsiveness
“Taz and Lee are the best. They are always available to me, always call back when they say they will, and explain everything I don't understand.”
3
Successful case outcomes and client satisfaction
“My wife was in a car accident that wasn't her fault and they took care of everything! Got a generous settlement from the insurance and helped her get the physical therapy she needed- didn't pay a dime out of our pocket.”
4
Personalized and empathetic service
“Taz worked hard to come to a fair solution for my case. I was patient like he suggested and things worked out perfectly. Like a good lawyer he applied pressure when needed in order to get desired results and was effective.”
5
Affordable and valuable legal representation
“Very good place to go when you need help, very honest, caring people, very reasonable rates.”
Cons
1
Unprofessional and unresponsive handling of client matters
“This Law firm is SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I have tried contacting these people OVER a YEAR and they have yet to get back to me!”
2
Questionable ethical practices and lack of transparency
“They were landlords attorney for our eviction. In court he was really nice and wanted to have a resolution that would let us stay in our mobile home if we paid all rent and fees. Then landlord tells us next day lawyer advised him to not let us stay. Lied to our faces and now being thrown out of a home we pay mortgage on, all during christmas week.”
3
Overcharging and poor client experiences with estate planning services
“My elderly mother used Doug Nelson for her will and power of attorney just a few weeks before she passed. She was charged $500 to basically change a couple of names. Then when the office misspelled the names, they made my elderly mother drive back down to get the new copies which were on standard copy paper instead of the nice parchment (for $500 she should get the nicer paper if she wants it).”
