After days of research on law firms in the valley that specialize in gun rights I contacted the Heath law firm to help me restore my 2nd amendment rights after a mistake I made almost 30 years previous earned me a class 3 felony on my record. Paula was very helpful and kept me updated on the process. They were very patient with me while I collected character letters to add to my petition and it was a very easy process overall. I received the news this morning 10/4/23 that my motion was granted and I am free of the prohibition that has followed me since 1996. I would definitely refer the Heath law firm to anyone looking to get their life back in order.

I recently moved to AZ from CA, and I was pulled over (speeding), and the cop that pulled me over told me I was lucky he wasn’t going to arrest me, because I was going (what he said) was 20 miles over the posted speed limit as well as in a school zone. I was completely shocked, since this was my very first time being pulled over in the 20+ years I’ve been driving. The cop told me that I will need to go have my fingers printed and get my pictures taken. This whole situation was eased when I reached out to Mark and his team. I lived in Florida, moved to Scottsdale AZ. In Arizona I unfortunately experienced a DUI. I had moved back to Florida being 13 years between moving from AZ back to Florida. After making several mistakes in my early adulthood, my record had always hung as a cloud over my life. I can't say enough about the superior help/servie I've received from this team. The services that I have received so far would have cost who knows how much (A LOT!) and to be honest they so far have not taken a dime from or asked. I have offered to pay and all I get is it's not necessary at this time. This is amazing. These people actually want to help you and not just take your hard earn money right from the jump. If I do end up having to pay for further services the prices I was told I think unbeatable, and I would be glad to pay with no problem. The services has be kind, and very professional.
