I am complete and utterly disgusted with the practices of Maxwell and Morgan (Southwest Legal Associates). This firm has falsely claimed that I owe a debt and has proceeded with a wage garnishment, causing further financial hardship. The process has been nothing short of a nightmare, with little to no communication, or transparency from their end. What’s even more alarming is that this does not appear to be an isolated issue. It's clear that this firm is exploiting individuals by leveraging legal loopholes to line their pockets, with no regard for the lives they are ruining in the process. Why or how this firm is able to pull a stunt like this during an unnecessary inflation, is beyond me. This world is undoubtedly a diabolical place. Lastly, this is not just a case of aggressive debt collection; it’s a systematic and unethical practice aimed at profiting from people’s misfortune. I strongly advise anyone who finds themselves dealing with this firm to seek legal counsel immediately. Their practices are predatory, and they should be held accountable for the harm they are causing.
