They are unprofessional and do not respond to any inquiries....I've never received a letter or receipt for my statements. Poor service.”

“Unscrupulous and predatory. If you call the number listed on their demand letter ("You may direct payment or communications regarding this matter......"), they WILL NOT take payment over the phone and they *WILL* charge you attorney fees for the phone call.”
