Reporting this firm to the bar for their outrages fees for sending a letter with a link to make payment and do not do anything to justifying the almost $2000 they bill in fees for sending a letter with a link where to pay. Oh and if you respond to them and they have to write back be careful because they will add another couple hundred to your bill without you acknowledging or agreeing to all the extra fees you are being charged for trying to pay a bill you never even got in the first place.
