I don’t recommend her. She made me cry during two different phone calls with her. I thought she was supposed to be representing me. She told me it’s my fault I chose my ex to be the father of my children. She wouldn’t allow me to have opinions…I had to agree to things my ex wanted because she refused to fight for me. We lost my case in court after consulting with 6 attorneys, before I finally chose her, all whom told me I would win in court. Her attorney assistant did a better job than she did. I was very disappointed and didn’t feel that she fought for me at all.

My ex relocated to the state of Arizona. Shortly after her relocation, my son was removed from her custody by DFS. I had to fly to Arizona from Kansas and hire an attorney (Kina Harding) to remove my son from the states custody and allow him to return with me to Kansas. Kina knew exactly what needed to happen, and how to go about doing it. She responded to every email and phone call almost immediately, and kept me well informed throughout the process. I was back in Kansas a week after hiring her, thank you Kina!

Kina, was confident, aggressive and realistic. She stuck by me from the beginning until the end and got me everything I asked for and even more! Thank you Kina for the great experience!

I was disatisfied with my previous lawyer. Good researcher but not aggressive. I felt I was not being defended. Ms Harding has been a "Pit Bull" with intelligence, class and compassion. I now feel confident that I will be treated justly.

The Harding Firm did an excellent job representing me in my child custody case. Kina was very attentive and communicated with me consistently every step of the way. Going through custody cases are hard mentally, but having an empathetic attorney made it a bit more palatable. Even when my funding was interrupted, Kina worked on my case with the same fervor. I really enjoyed her - but most importantly, she won my case! She does not sugar coat stuff, nor did she tell me what I wanted to hear, but she told me what I needed to know and she was right. She's not a big "hand holder." If you want all the details, she may not be your gal, but if you want someone who if competent and will get the job done, right, and for a fair price. Call her.
