KC Smith and Alexis Guerrero were an amazing team supporting me after a rear end accident that totaled my car. The accident resulted in back and neck injuries. They assisted me in finding medical care and were patient in the process. After the long process they were able to negotiate a good settlement for me. I am very appreciative for all they did. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future.

I would recommend Smith, Alston, Darner & Lee a hundred times over! Their professionalism, knowledge, and caring was amazing. It was immediately obvious that they wanted to help me because they genuinely cared about me, as a person, and they cared about my well-being. Their follow-through, daily checking on me, and constant communication with me was “above and beyond.” (I even received my favorite comfort food, Diet Coke, in their daily visits.) During one visit, in particular, Attorney Ken Smith noticed a potentially-critical eye bleed. He, hurriedly, loaded me and a friend into his car and drove me to the hospital, himself. He stayed with me all day until family members could take over. It turned out to be a very, very significant hospital visit. A week before Christmas, and with my husband out of town, I had been hit head-on by an impaired, wrong-way driver. It was a 90 mph impact. My Mercedes was totaled, and I suffered severe injuries. The first responders didn’t think I would make it. What was a horrific experience and long recovery, including multiple surgeries, became a memory filled with deep appreciation for this “going beyond” law firm. The comfort and caring they had for me, and then the much-needed financial outcome, was something I’ll never adequately be able to thank them for. This law firm truly defines integrity, expertise, and charity.
