We were pleased to have Erica set us up with a phone consultation with attorney Glenn McMinn. Such a pleasure to deal with! Answered all questions in layman terms and found him to be the most pleasant communicator. After the initial call it was a very simple on line process to provide the necessary information needed. Within one week we had a signing appointment to complete our documents. Between Erica and Glenn, we had an excellent experience. Professional, thorough and quick to respond, we highly recommend!

I chose LifePlan Legal as a listed provider of Living Trust services using ARAG legal insurance at work. My costs were the insurance premiums at work for one year + $150. Although my situation was probably about as simple as you can get, I have nothing but great things to say about LifePlan legal and Glenn as the attorney who drafted my trust. They answered questions when I had them and their review of the trust documentation and the hard and electronic copies they provide all seem top notch. I can't say anything good or bad about the off the street price, since I had insurance. I finally feel like my "estate" is in order and I can now sleep well at night knowing that everything will go where it should if something happens to me and/or my wife. I would highly suggest setting up an initial meeting to see if the cost is suitable for your situation as I am sure you will be satisfied with the services and professionalism they provide.
