What led both my husband and me to LifePlan Legal AZ was our move from CA to AZ. We had a CA Life Trust and knew we needed to update our Living Trust to AZ. We had additional family members, grandchildren, daughter-in-laws, and wanted to provide for their futures, and as our estate changed from selling property from CA to AZ. Jake and Glenn, worked together helping us to organize our estate. They didn't want anything happening to our investments that both my husband and I worked so hard for, to be lost in probate or argued between family members. They were patient, respectful with our feelings, and listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. At the end of our last meeting, they assured us that we could contact them with any future questions, and if any of our trustees needed to contact them regarding our Living Trust for help, they assured us, they would be willing to help direct them and guide them. That helped assure us we were with the right attorneys for us and our family.

We were searching for an attorney to organize, assemble and put into practice a trust for our family. After our initial meeting with Glen, it was crystal clear to us that we had made the right choice in who to work with. Glen knew the answers to every question we had and explained to us in a simple, easy to understand language. This helped us to design the trust in the right format.
