We worked with attorney Leighton Hendrickson at Phelps LaClair and had the best experience with all of our questions and documents. She even traveled to us too, went over every document so we would understand, created a to do list to make it easy for us to see what we needed to do on our end. Robert is an excellent resource for all things Trust related. He is very knowledgeable on the laws and required forms. He made the process so easy. Plus he provided digital copies of paperwork and hard copies in a professional binder. The cost was better than most as well! Great value and communication and fantastic follow-up as well. He did everything he said he was going to do. We’re very pleased.

Bob Monroe is AWESOME! 10/10 would recommend. What originally drew me to this practice was the free initial consultation. As a 23 year old who had been wrongfully terminated from her job, this was HUGE because I didn’t have to pay hundreds of dollars just to find out if I even had a valid case. This allowed me to seek justice and still pay my student loans and other personal bills. Bob wrote an amazing demand letter for me for a flat fee, but then proceeded to take the extra time and effort to continue follow up phone calls and emails to prove why I was entitled to compensation for my damages. He really went the extra mile! My case was successfully resolved and I’m thankful that the first lawyer I met with ended up being a perfect fit! Not only is he extremely professional and knowledgeable, but he is also funny, engaging, and a joy to be around! His charisma really helped make me feel comfortable, and his work ethic provided relief from all the stress of dealing with my first (and hopefully last) legal situation. I was planning on meeting a few different lawyers before hiring one, but ended up hiring Bob during my initial consultation because I really felt like I was in good hands. He always kept me up to date almost on the daily about what was going on with my case and always made sure that I had the final say on what the next steps would be. Additionally, Bob has been so helpful after everything was resolved. He continually helps me network now that I’m working my new job as an insurance agent. He even brought me to his BNI meeting so I could check it out and decide if it was something I would be interested in. On top of that, he has provided me a plethora of other resources to help me build my clientele. He even offered to write me a recommendation letter for law school and keeps encouraging me to pursue the profession. This was because he made me feel so comfortable that it eradicated the common intimidation factor of lawyers and pursuing legal action. He was easily able to recognize my ability to logically justify my reasoning with concrete facts when I presented my argument during my initial consultation and having read what I had put into writing. I definitely am still considering it...but I still have time to figure everything out. Bob Monroe was hands down the most friendly and genuine attorney I have ever met. It is evident through our conversation that he has his clients best interests in mind. He is very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything. My husband and I highly recommend him.
