Creating the estate plan was a difficult task for me, I was researching and attempting to do it for years, and couldn't get it done, till my meeting with Jeffrey LaClair, Jeffrey made it simple, he spend quite a bit of time to talk to me about my family, my life, my business life, and my goals. He asked me to provide all needed information, and it was done. shortly after, I was at my New Jersey home preparing for a heart surgery, I called Jeffrey and Informed him of my incoming operation, Jeffrey prepared all the documents and directions how to finalize the plan and make it legal, he overnighted it to New Jersey, so I could get it finalized before the surgery. I was so impressed with Phelps LaClair PLC that I have them as one of the trustees of my family trust. Thank you Jeffrey for a peace of mind.

Lucas was amazing. Very focused on the details that I needed to do in order to set up my trust. He has helped me and my family alleviate the worries for when that time does come. This is well worth your time to invest in a living trust.

Put in a request through their website for a consultation, had no heard from them the next day so call and spoke with receptionist. She informed me that the consolation request section is "disabled" So I said that's fine, id like to schedule a consolation for adoption. The receptionist then informs me that they do not do any adoptions at all. Thinking I was crazy, I went back to website and adoption was on their website in at least 5 different spots. If a lawyer cannot keep up with updating his website on what he specializes in, I do not trust him with my case
