Phelps Law (Jeffrey LaClair) redid my living trust. Jeff provided absolutely outstanding service. His explanations were very well structured, very clear, and easy to understand. Like some people we procrastinated drawing up our wills, power of attorney etc. When we received my husband's diagnosis of stage 4 liver cancer it was a wake up call. I contacted Phelps Law Office and left a message at 2am explaining the situation. We had an appointment with Bryan within 4 days. He explained our options in language we could understand. My husband's health declined rapidly and I needed to call him a week and 2 days before our next scheduled appointment. This was a Friday and Bryan had us meet him the following Monday. He must have worked all weekend to finish a job cut short by a week, he even offered to come to our home to get the papers siged! My husband passed away 4 days later and would never have made our original appointment. Needless to say the ENTIRE firm went above and beyond! They made a stressful situation have the best outcome it could. I will always be grateful to EVERYONE at Phelps Law Office, PLC.
