I am fortunate to be working with Fleming and Monroe. It has taken so much stress off of my shoulders, and provided relief and comfort in a very stressful situation following my accident. I feel I would have been taken advantage of by not having Fleming in Monroe represent me with my case. It should have been an open and shut one or two week process and even with these wonderful attorneys assisting me it has taken over a year. I have worked with Phelps LaClair on 2 trusts over 20 years. Most recently, Ryan Downs drew up a trust for my wife and I. Everything went very smooth. The entire staff is professional. Ryan was very knowledgeable in trusts and explained everything thoroughly.

Highly recommend Brent Bryson. Going through a divorce is not an easy thing to do. But having someone who is on your side, will walk you through it and if necessary fight for you was so important. Even after my divorce, I have gone back to him to ask for some advice through a consult. Appreciate the hard work he and his team did.

I went to Bob Monroe to establish a revocable trust and draw up a new will. At his recommendation I also appointed powers of attorney for finances and healthcare, and created an updated living will. Within a few days, everything was ready for signature. I went in to sign and Bob had the notary and witnesses on hand. Shortly afterwards, Bob emailed me a pdf copy of the entire package. This was followed by him sending the originals in a nice leather binder, all organized with tabs and labels. He filed the transfer documents for the house and the new deed arrived yesterday. I highly recommend Bob and his firm for estate planning. His pricing is very reasonable and he is great to work with. And priceless is the peace of mind I have with this completed. Thanks, Bob!
