I reached out to Copper Canyon Law and was told I was going to receive a call to schedule an appt regarding my case. An attorney reached out to me directly via email asking my availability and letting me know he would be sending an invite. I was very pleased to see they had available timeframes within a few days. I wrote them back within 24 hours letting them know what times worked. Unfortunately, it's almost six days later and I haven't heard back from them. I am not sure if my case wasn't of interest or worth their time but the professional thing to do would be reach back out and let me know so I could of reached out to other firms and not of wasted my time waiting for them to reply. It was a bummer since this firm seems to have glowing reviews.

After the initial shock and a period of severe grief that our insurance company was not going to pay for our legitimate claim of a sudden and accidental leak occurring in our bathroom, my wife and I accepted the loss and repaired our home out of our pocket by cashing in a hefty chunk of our retirement. We also met with Copper Canyon Law about our dispute and they opened a case against the insurance company. 1.5 years later, today, Ryan Sandstrom notified me that they had reached a settlement agreement with the insurance company. I would like to personally thank Ryan and Sara Holyoak for their time and persistence to work this case to settle this deal. And I want to thank Marilyn Kitt who did a lot of work on the front end for Ryan to get this case started. The entire staff of Copper Canyon Law have been professional and courteous each step of this journey. They kept our hope alive, and in the end, it all turned out okay. Yes, it would have been nice for the insurance company to have done the right thing when the accident happened and settled this case then without putting us through this heartache and hardship. But were it not for Copper Canyon Law, we would have got nothing from the insurance company. So, thank you Ryan Sandstrom and Copper Canyon Law. Thank you very much!

DO NOT COME HERE Do not work with Neil Udulutch it was a unsettling unprofessional long complicated and disappointing experience we were referred to Ryan after a car accident to help with the medical claim but ended up working with Niel he doesn’t take accountability and blames everything on his assistants and missed every dead lines it took 11 months to complete everything was it was only supposed to take half that time he did not communicate well at all and we did most of the work Lack of communication missed deadlines unanswered calls and emails went through 4 different assistants it was a long exhausting process/ experience and our case was small nothing major I would not recommend coming here no even answers you have to call a few times to get a response even after voicemails are left It was our first time going through this and we regret not firing him and just starting over somewhere else Maybe if it wa a bigger case they would hav e helped and put us first but they didn’t our experience was completely different from the past reviews on here I guess if they’re not making much of of you you’re not a priority

Ryan and April are amazing! I came to them in a desperate situation due to issues with my previous lawyer. i came to them 1.5 yrs into my case and at 2 yrs is the legal time frame. ryan and april took the bull by the horns and got it done! Ryan is upfront, understanding, thorough and easy to get ahold of. without these 2 I would have never had my case resolved!
