He dose a great job

Thomas was fantastic to work with. He was extremely helpful and got me paid way more than I was expecting. I am super grateful I was referred to him. I would absolutely recommend working with Thomas, he responded to texts and communicated very well. He made the process simple and easy.

Thomas came highly recommended by my Son who knowsThomas personally and by reputation; I owe my Son a huge debt of gratitude. I have had the misfortune of being in two bicycle vehicle collisions in just shy of two years. After the first accident I was amazed at the tenacity of the at fault insurers adjusters. My Son called Thomas for me, the adjuster calls instantly stopped and Thomas was at my home within two hours taking me through the process and answering all my questions in detail. If my wife and thought the at fault adjusters were bad at my first accident the adjusters from the second insurance company made the first company seem like angles. The second accident accident happened in the middle of the COVID lockdown. I had been rear ended at 45 mph by a distracted driver. My wife arrived at the scene just as the ambulance was departing. All the Officer at the scene could tell my was to follow the ambulance and get to the hospital ASAP. My wife was not allowed in the hospital and was not provided any updates by the ER staff. She had no idea as to the extent of my injuries or if I was even alive. And then the phone calls started; after the first two my wife refused to answer the phone, so the adjusters left messages. Because of my wife’s distress my Son again called Thomas, the distressing calls STOPPED! In both accidents Thomas and his team took the ball and ran hard. They took care of everything and most importantly provided timely and detailed updates. On top of superb team communication Thomas was readily available if I had questions or concerns. My wife and I are retired and comfortable with a basket full of retirement dreams and plans. Unfortunately because of the accidents those plans have had to be significantly readjusted. No amount of compensation can adequately makeup for the lost capabilities, time, hopes and dreams. Thomas’ bulldog tenacity and Jammed packed legal tool box insured an honest, fair and significant settlement from both accidents. Not only is he a superbly skilled and knowledgeable lawyer, he is also an adept communicator and negotiator. But most importantly my wife and I found him to be kind, compassionate and genuinely concerned about the health and welfare of his clients. Thomas was an amazing lawyer to work with from the very beginning. I was in a car accident where I sustained several injuries that required medical attention including surgeries.
