Fantastic capable affordable attorneys

My initial expirience with Mr. Tucker was positive. He took the time to explain various portions of AZ laws with regards to landlord and tenants. I had already read it but needed confirmation I had understood them correctly. Conversation was easy and I appreciated the laughs. After a bit of time had passed I went back to Mr. Tucker as clarification was needed on new developments. Basically all he did was go over everything that we had already gone over with more stories. These consultations were not free - $150 each time. I paid $300 for an hour of consultation and maybe recieved 20 minutes worth of advice. How much I pay for rent or where I live shouldn't be relevant nor should someone only have an option to break their lease and have to move. I have made a home for myself and finding something comperable to what I have now will be hard not to mention the personal reasons I have not to move.

They were landlords attorney for our eviction. In court he was really nice and wanted to have a resolution that would let us stay in our mobile home if we paid all rent and fees. Then landlord tells us next day lawyer advised him to not let us stay. Lied to our faces and now being thrown out of a home we pay mortgage on, all during christmas week. This firm gives all lawyers a bad name.

Very good place to go when you need help very honest caring people, very reasonable rates. If I need help in the future I will be back. Thanks guys

Very professional and so attentive to the clients needs. I was so confused by my insurance company calling me and he helped to keep them from harassing me. Anytime I had a question he answered with a sense of urgency and was there to help with every step of the way. Thank you for all your help!
