After my husband’s death, Mike Harper helped me with matters concerning my trust and will, as well as the loose ends that needed attention. I have felt very comfortable when talking with Mike because he is respectful and empathetic. It has been a tough eight months for me personally, but Mike’s work has relieved me of much worry.

I first contacted Michael Harper about filing a complaint to a state board for conflict of interest and breach of duty issues from accounting professionals I had a previous relationship with. This was a very complex series of issues with many moving parts that continued to grow the more we dug into it. Mike has been methodical, diligent, and has handled all the interconnected details without losing site of the big picture. Mike is easy to work with, responsive, and has explained the legal process and issues as we've gone along. I have the utmost confidence in Michael Harper as my attorney.

Mike was terrific. I loaned money to partners and when things got tuff the partners disappeared. We found one. They tried muddying the water by passing the loan around thru companies. Mike get a partial repayment from a relative in one Corp. And a Leon and judgement against the maker and her company. Great work Mike. Doug

My wife and I were involved in a Civil Court Litigation case with a Contractor whom we had won a lawsuit against in the Arizona Superior Court and the Arizona Registrar of Contractors involving abandonment of a construction project. Although the lawsuit was settled in our favor the Contractor and his lawyer sued us in a Justice Court where a Justice of the Peace was presiding as Judge. Not knowing the formalities of this Courts procedures, we hired Mike to represent us against this contractors claims. After a lengthly battle between the two parties, the Judge finally agreed with Mikes position that the contractor violated state laws and he dismissed the case, However, in the ruling, the Judge indicated that no attorney fees would be applicable and that the case was dismissed without prejudice. Mike knew that this was wrong and fought to overturn the Judges decision with the Superior Court of Arizona. The Superior Court agreed with Mikes arguments and the Justice Court ruling was overturned. Due to Mikes do diligence, we won the legal battle against a very questionable contractor and lawyer who presented Mike with continuously untrue statements and claims.

Michael Harper is so wonderful my words can't express how much he helped me when I was being taken advantage of. I highly recommend Mr. Harper.
