I hired Chris in 2024 to handle a divorce I tried to do on my own but it kept getting denied. In just one try Chris was able to push me over the finish line. Chris always responded to me promptly through email or phone whenever I needed to talk. The price was very reasonable as well.

I had the pleasure of working with Chris Simonds and I had a difficult divorce after 24 years of marriage. Chris was there to guide me all the way and gave me great advice that was always spot on as to what the judge and the other lawyer would do or say, and I felt very comfortable working with him. The divorce took 14 months to close due to many issues created by my ex but we were successful in getting to the finish line and I felt we had a fair settlement. We also had a problem created by my ex with selling the mutual residence after the divorce was final, and Chris actually got the judge to grant me a $7,100 payment from my ex because of the delay. Additionally, I felt the charges from Simonds law firm were reasonable and just and I highly recommend them to anyone having to go through a divorce.

I had come to Simmonds Law after having been represented by another firm and had gotten no where in a year and a half. Kate came in and took charge! It was amazing. Kate was always great about explaining the process as we were going through it and making sure I knew what the next steps were. She made sure that every i was dotted and every t crossed.
