12 years passed by since my last family court. 12 years of being pushed around by the kid’s mom and having to follow a loop sided agreement that favored her 90%. When I finally had some money to fight her I looked for the best I could find. I only had a shot. The process took 10 months, things got very heated and nasty. It was the little guy versus Goliath, she had unlimited money, I had Kate as counsel. I have to be honest, Kate gave it to me as clearly and honest as possible. Too honest sometimes, I was mad, upset at times. Family court is not fair. Kate forced my ex to switch lawyer cause the first one couldn’t find his head when he was talking to Kate. Her efficiency kept me on my toes as she does everything fast and speedy. She waits for nobody to get things done. The process is long and expensive but Kate ended up saving me thousands. I had to use my money where it really matter so we picked the fights we really wanted to win. We focus on that and now for the first time in 12 years I will have my kids this summer. I have nothing but gratitude towards my counsel, she coached me thru, she was available every time I needed her and even when I didn’t know I needed her. .the process of family court is grueling and painful, I was better off with Kate on my side.

Chris was AMAZING!!!! He quickly respond to all my questions and concerns. He responded in a very quick and timely manner, even after hours! Chris was able to get my case closed fast!!! He communicates with the opposing attorney as needed for the case very quickly, and follows up with them in order to get answers.
