If I could give Simonds law group 10 stars I would! It is because of them and their professionalism and knowledge of family and children court law that I was able to adopt my three grandchildren and give them a safe forever home until they reach adulthood. I have referred them to others I know and they have done the same amazing work for them! I think the difference between this legal team and others is that they really care about the best outcome! Kate is king when it comes to custody issues. Custody cases and family court issues can take a long time, two years in my case; I was extremely happy and lucky to have Kate on my side as my counsel. Over a two year process complicated with counselors, records, and other invasive court procedures, Kate was able to help me overcome and succeed in my case. Kate was able to be reached after business hours, which was helpful when confusing situations occur and decisions need to be made that can affect the course of a case. She was extremely smart in regards to how she used funds, I’ve had lawyer representation in the past who filed useless/needless papers that only add to the agonizing cost of litigation. Kate always utilizes best practices in her work. Despite the dirty tricks of opposing counsel Kate was able to maneuver and handle things in an ethical and reliable way. If I ever need to revisit or handle a future issue pertaining to custody or otherwise I am 10 out of 10 coming back to Kate. She is a true powerhouse. Kate, thank you for changing my life!

Kate guided me through my divorce and fought hard to get what I wanted in regards to custody of my daughter. She is very responsive even late at night. She was there whenever I had questions either through email or phone. She was quick to write up any agreement that my ex husband and I agreed on and pushed for answers when my ex husbands lawyer was less than responsive. I’m extremely happy I found her and I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out thanks to her. I highly recommend her!
