I came to Taylor and Lihn because my 96 year old mother had run out of money and needed assisted living, she owed a condo in a senior living complex but it was not selling as we were in the middle of the covid pandemic. Caleb and Stacy Lihn helped us qualify for ALTCS which is a very involved process and complicated by the fact she owned property. From the first time we met they were so kind and reassuring as I was very stressed with no idea how to even begin. They lead us through the whole process. When ever I called with a question the staff was helpful and friendly, and Stacy or Caleb would get back to me in a timely manner with the information I needed. I was kept informed at all times and was very confident that they would help me through all the problems. My Mother passed in May but they stayed with me until all financial obligations were satisfied with ALTCS. I can not thank them enough as it was a very difficult time for my mother and me. Stacey and Caleb Lihn made my Mother's end of life journey so much easier. I was able to spend quality time with her and let Stacey and Caleb Lihn take care of the many details.
