We feel very lucky that we found Emily R. Taylor, an eldercare attorney. As we try to ways to help a brother with health issues, Emily Taylor and her staff have been outstanding to work with. They have shown compassion, courtesy and kindness to our brother and to us as we chart new territory.

While they have rates lower than others sees like they are only willing to do the equal amnt of work. 30% commission will get you the standard effort. They don't seem to want to go the extra mile for insignificant profit. I'll use again if the need arises which I hope it wont.

Going into this process with a great deal of trepidation (do I know I can trust these people? do they know their stuff?) I can say that we had nothing but an extremely positive experience. We redid our Family Trust, Powers of Attorney, Wills, and even a Special Needs Trust. All was completed in a professional, yet empathetic and personal fashion. It was mandatory that we were informed of all aspects of each document, in layman's terms, and were never rushed or felt as if the attorneys were condescending in any way. The turnaround time was extremely reasonable, and costs very reasonable. I can, without hesitation, recommend Thies and Lihn in the highest, most unqualified fashion, to anyone.
