I consulted with Giancarlo in 2020 when I got divorced. My ex-husband and I decided to do the divorce without legal counsel but the information that Giancarlo helped me with was great. 1.5 years later my ex had a horrible drinking problem and I needed to get emergency full custody of my 2 children. I had saved Giancarlo's information and I called him and he jumped into action. I ended up in a battle w/ my ex-husband and his family and Giancarlo was the only one in my corner and we got everything that I wanted. Him and his staff are great. I hope I don't need him again, I have a feeling I will though and he will be the first one I call when things go sideways :)

I reached out to Giancarlo at the beginning of my severance case. I was very confident in the Family Law category but dealing with Juvenile law was new to me. Giancarlo Sapelli listened to what I wanted to come out of my case and fought for me and my children. My ex husband served me with papers many years after our divorce to dispute custody and child support. He kept our best interests as his first priority. My children and I are extremely grateful for him. I am a single mother and was not receiving any child support. My case could have been drawn out longer but he did everything he could to get everything handled in a timely manner. I am now receiving child support and the custody issue was dropped. If I ever have a family law issue again, he will be my first call.
