Jeremy Goad is honest and really knowledgeable with law! He took the time to hear me. He listened and was able to make me understand things I didn't. Law isn't easy to understand. I have to say, I read the reviews and thought they could help me. However, I left a message one day in the early afternoon, never received a return call. The following morning I left another message saying that if I don’t get a callback, I will move onto the next attorney. I got an immediate call back. I briefly explained the mess my life is in and how I would need multiple services from them. And all she could tell me is that I would need to speak to an attorney and the only way to do that is $150. So I’m left not even knowing if they would be able to handle the multiple situation’s that I’m in, unless I pay them $150. She was like a robot talking to me!

Everyone at KTO has always been very kind and professional. I’ve referred numerous people to my attorney, Jeremy Goad. He and all of his staff are wonderful.

I use them to do my QDRO and was told that it would take 3 to 4 months. It's coming up on a year now and still nothing. Whenever I try to correspond with them by email they never respond to the email. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

Joel and his entire team (Robyn, Noel, and others) are 100% top notch. I always felt like I was their only client, was treated with respect, patience, and an impressive responsiveness to my inquiries. I highly recommend this firm!
