I was referred to John Torgenson by another attorney who did not handle my type of case. Mr. Torgenson represented me in a personal injury claim resulting from a car accident. He always treated me with respect and responded to my calls and emails very quickly. I was grateful to Mr. Torgenson for his flexibility - we would send emails back and forth when he or I had questions. And, he would send documents for me to print, sign and either fax or scan and email back to him. This allowed me to stay at work rather than having to take time off to meet at his office, saving me so much time and money. And, because I was off work for several weeks, conducting business this way was so helpful to me. I always felt he always was looking out for my best interests. John and his firm made sure I understood my options and helped me to get the best possible resolution for my case. I had a fantastic experience working with the attorneys and staff at Torgenson Law. I was parked in an empty parking lot eating a snack while my toddler dozed in his carseat. Another car backed into me and caused nearly $1000 worth of damage to my car. The driver apologized profusely, gave me his phone number, insurance info, driver's license, and promised to pay me cash. After months of promising to send me a check, the driver stopped communicating. At this point, I lost all hope in receiving any money towards my car repair.
