Hello, my name is Collin, and I am honored to tell you about my experience with Torgenson law. Last year I was injured at work, and was unable to continue in my 30 year profession. You see, I had been hurt. Not just hurt, but Hurt, terrified, changed...your's truly had managed to get bitten by a large K9. I love dogs. I love them to my core, always owned them. I've even been involved in training them. Never in all my life have I ever been bitten. But, on that day... I was attacked by a dog. I was bleeding, my finger was dislocated by 90 degrees and, the dog that bit me was now out of the door, and I was alone. And that is how I felt from that point forward. I was cast off, abused, ignored, and taken advantage of, because when it comes to these things, dear reader, our intrepid hero must admit that he is a complete dolt. To that, if you are thinking of seeking legal help for an injustice, I would encourage you to do it sooner than later. To my dismay, I learned the painful lesson “It's hard to undo things that troglodytes like myself shouldn't have gone mucking with in the first place.” I was deflated, broke... broken. I received a call from Worker's (not your friend) Comp. Who, much to her chagrin, moved me to seek the services of Torgenson Law. I do hope she reads this, I'd like to thank her. From the time of the first greeting, of the first call, I was treated with something that I had not heard throughout the entirety of my ordeal. Compassion. If the people I spoke with were faking or acting, thank you for choosing law over Hollywood. You make a difference. The next two platitudes I would bestow are Professional and Efficient. (It's worth noting that I capitalized both with intent.) These go without need for further comment. And now, I would like to especially mention the man who, with the help of more people than I know how to thank, restored my crumbling faith in the system I've always been lead to believe would take care of me if I got hurt on the job... I was a fool.. I was to the point of defeat. The last card was stacked against me. The last avenue was shut down. The last door, politely closed in my face... Might I also swirl in enough disenchantment to lose what faith I had left in our system. Nobody gave two rat hairs, and I was just ready to accept my fate. Did I mention that I was broken. Thirty years dedicated to an industry I loved. And while performing my duties to the best of my abilities, I was injured, and then handed my hat... It's funny, I thought when my career ended, well... let's just say, it wasn't a scenario I ever saw coming. And the kicker not a dime in compensation. Not a thanks, now scram...It was a suck-fest, and I was the guest of honor. Hunter... This man, is a now a personal hero of mine. He know what he did, and I will always be grateful. Torenson Law helped my infant son (about 8 months old) receive payment for medical expenses and hold a daycare accountable after my son returned home with severe burns on his arm from a bottle warmer. He had to receive medical attention in the ER, it was hard to get him dressed, and it was painful to see just how neglectful and irresponsible the people who I trusted to care for my son were.
