From the get go this firm was very attentive and responsive. I filled out a brief questionnaire on their website and got a phone call the very next day from Nabil. He was very easy going, very easy to talk to and very professional. We agreed to meet the next day and wasn’t put on some waitlist for an appointment. That gave me hope that the process would go as quickly as possible. In our meeting, Nabil put our minds at ease by encouraging us that our process would be painless and that him, the lawyers, and even Mr. Alcock himself would be there every step of the way. Even the lawyer, Huval, came and met us and answered any questions we had about the process. It was the easiest decision we had to make. Looking forward to working with this firm and excited about the future they are providing my husband and I!

Working with Richard, given the circumstances, was a wonderful experience. He answered all phone calls; explained things in detail; was personable and at the end of the conversation put me at ease with the process. On court dates he thoroughly explained the process and took time to answer any questions before and after the court experience . Richard made it very clear of all the next steps. And he told us to call anytime we had more questions. It was apparent that the Gaxiola Law Group works with, and for you so you can get on with your life for the mistakes you made.
