Honest, Trustworthy, and Peace of mind. I had an opportunity to work with Janet (paralegal) and she was courteous, kind and reassuring. My family and I had opened a case for my mom about 8 years ago (different law firm), 3 immigration lawyers and a lot of money down the drain. We got such horrible advice, and let me tell you, this is the worst scenario to get bad and expensive advice. The firm is very responsive and makes sure to always keeps you posted on updates on your case as soon as they happen. The particular lawyer I was working with, Ricardo Santacruz Carrillo, was very welcoming and friendly while keeping the whole ordeal professional. He let me know step by step what I needed to do and was very straight forward about how to go about the whole ordeal. Very good service overall
