Tuve el privilegio de encontrar RYM en U-Tube. Yo estaba buscando informacion para saber como escribir una "Carta de Caracter Moral" para apoyar a mi hermana en su caso migratorio. Desde el principio al fin senti seguridad de todo lo que el abogado Maldonado estaba compartiendo, ¡era exactamente lo que yo necesitaba! ( he escuchando el video una y otra vez, hasta poder comprender la importancia de cada detalle para ponerlo en practica; como dice el abogado tienes que poner todo tu corazon y empeño...para dar buen testimonio de la persona que estas ayudando. Tambien quiero agregar que cuando me da ansiedad y mi mente se pone en blanco, solo escucho el video otra vez para poner mis pensamientos en orden y continuar con la carta, asegurandome que cubra cada requisito. Realmente me motiva). Cuando escuche el video por primera vez, el abogado Maldonado ofrecia facilitar las formas para facilitarme escribir la carta, entonces mande un correo electronico con mi peticion y al dia siguiente las recivi, lo cual yo agradesco mucho a la esposa del abogado Maldonado; porque cuando tuve la oportunidad de hablar por telefono con ella, jamas me questiono si era yo cliente o no; mas bien se preocupo en ayudarme, realmente senti una mano amiga y éste es un buen ejemplo de un buen "Caracter Moral" y que realmente ellos son personas que se preocupan por ayudar a la comunidad y al projimo. Me siento muy agradecida y se que lo que escribi de mas en español ayudara a nuestra comunidad hispana a saber que aun hay personas con buena etica y dignos de confianza. From the beginning through the end of the video I felt so confident of what attorney Maldonado was saying was exactly what I needed ( I listened over and over until I was able to put it into practice because as he says, in has to come from your heart to give a good word to whoever you are supporting...). “Ray, what would you do if you were in our situation?” I asked Ray Ybarra-Maldonado at a client consultation meeting in 2016. This’ll go down as among the smartest questions I’ve asked in my life. Now, the question is, who should you hire if looking for an immigration attorney? On June 28, 2016 I met “l’amor de mi vida,” the love of my life, Amaranta (“Amy”), in Mexico City; by August 14th, we married. Through Ray, which includes his terrific partners and paralegals and other staffers, for a low fee the Ybarra Maldonado Law Group helped our family get its start, “juntos” (together) in Phoenix, AZ, as my wife gained her “Adjustment of Status” visa (2016), permanent residency (2017), and her citizenship (2021). During these past nearly five years, Ybarra Maldonado Law Group has treated our family in ways that endear them as effectively part of our family’s story, forever. First, while I won’t share details about how Ray answered my first question (“... what would you do…”), his answer was the difference between my wife and I spending our first year apart (she in Mexico City and me in Phoenix) versus together. During that first year together, well, the biological clock speaks for itself: our first son “Will” was born in July of 2017. Also, because Ray helped Amy get residency in early 2017, by the Fall 2019 semester she was able to resume her teaching career (bilingual pre-kindergarten). Also, during that first year, we couldn’t afford to pay in full (low price; we just didn’t have much money at that time), so the firm worked with us on a payment plan. Even when money wasn’t involved, in 2017 Ray spoke and answered questions, pro bono, at Metro Tech High School where I teach, to inform DACA students of their rights (see picture below). As for our family, one more child (“Dré“) later, our family got its long-term security: this January of 2021, Amy became a citizen (see picture below). Our “Sueńo Americano,” our American Dream, is also a proud Mexican-American Dream. I’m writing this review from the family home of “mis suegros,” my in-laws, in Mexico City (see picture below).
