I said yes as it was more than i was even expecting. Gil and his staff went back and started all over again and went through ubers insurance. They went above and beyond to get my case settled and were able to get me double the amount I was originally told.”

Lack of proactive communication and updates from the firm

“All communication was initiated by me. Plus, the person handling my case constantly changed. When I did get ahold of that person, I'd get brief and vague answers. I thought attorneys were supposed to be the ones asking probing questions, but that was left up to me. No updates. No follow up.”
