About 2 years ago now, I received the shock of a lifetime when my company did annual background checks. It appeared that I had a charge out of Arizona that I had no clue about, I had already been living in Colorado since 2017 and everything was fine I had nothing pull up on my background check when I got my job and I never had an issue… That I know of. As you can imagine I was absolutely distraught! The very first thing I did was get on the phone with one of my good friends and she had referred me to Carissa. Carissa helped me all the way through the process she helped call me down at those moments when I was just extremely stressed out and she was able to get the charge dismissed.
