Carissa was referred to me when I got myself into trouble with a dui, a restraining order, and an assault charge. The restraining order and the assault charge were completely unnecessary and I wanted to fight them. I reached out to at least 5 different attorneys and I was not happy or comfortable with any of them. After weeks of searching I was able to talk with Carissa. I instantly knew she was the right attorney for me. To make a long story short she immediately started working as hard as she could on my case. I knew I was gonna have consequences in the end no matter what but Carissa worked her hardest and as a result, got me the least amount of jail time, the restraining order removed, and the assault charge removed. She was even ready to go to trial for it because the charges were not justified. She made me feel like she had my back throughout the whole case and a lot less stressed. She has been a friend to me the whole time and I knew she really cared about my case and me as a person. I tell everyone I wouldn’t have wanted any other lawyer than Carissa. She will always be my recommendation for anyone that needs the best criminal defense attorney.

The staff is amazing. From the beginning, Victor was very thorough with his questions and gave the impression that the firm is well versed in handling my case type. Brittany and Brianna were super helpful in guiding me every step of the way through the entire process up through and during my court proceeding. With a modicum of shame I must admit the following- i have extensive experince with criminal attorneys in arizona. Richard Gaxiola is bar none the best criminal attorney in the state. Rich provided me with the most thorough, tenacious, and circumspect defense possible and i owe my freedom to him. He's a legend among his clients and prosecution alike.
