Richard led my family through the worst experience of our lives with skill and honesty. My son was in Phoenix to attend college and found himself facing several felony charges and possibly decades in prison. Dealing with this from out of state was beyond stressful. From the get go this firm was very attentive and responsive. I filled out a brief questionnaire on their website and got a phone call the very next day from Nabil. He was very easy going, very easy to talk to and very professional. We agreed to meet the next day and wasn’t put on some waitlist for an appointment. That gave me hope that the process would go as quickly as possible. In our meeting, Nabil put our minds at ease by encouraging us that our process would be painless and that him, the lawyers, and even Mr. Alcock himself would be there every step of the way. Even the lawyer, Huval, came and met us and answered any questions we had about the process. It was the easiest decision we had to make.
