Save yourself the money and time. These people didn't fight hard for my brother. They kept putting his trial off. They would cancel a lot of the appointments. After a YEAR he finally had his final trial. My brothers lawyer was supposed to show up for his last trial and instead she sent someone else. Didn't even finish the case. They had a lot of GOOD evidence in their favor and so much time. They kept getting our hopes up but they weren't even trying. I think they only did that to shut us up. He ended up getting 8 years. UPDATE.... we got the first lawyer we had to help. She was more understanding and more helpful. She knew the situation and did not give up. My brother just got let out after 1 year and 9 months. I was very disappointed at first BUT they were able to pull through finally. Sorry for the angry review at first (I'm sure anyone would feel the same way); we were confused and upset but now we're thankful.

I have used Alcock and Associates for several incidents for both myself as well as friends and family. 9 separate cases to be exact. Nick is the best attorney there is and his staff is just as reliable as he is. As my friend stated, He is a Pitbull in a suit. I would trust my life in Nicks hands. He is a very honest man who cares about his clients and gets positive results. He will let you know if he feels he cannot represent your case in a positive way and is not out to just take your money. Nick represented my husband 13 years ago in which his case was dismissed. Nick charged almost half of what some of the other firms were charging. He is very reasonable with payment plans and a man of integrity. Every case he or his firm have represented have either been dismissed or charged with the bare minimum. Nick has been a blessing in my life and I would recommend him or anyone that works for his firm to anyone in need. If anyone tries to under cut him, don't buy it. Sometimes in life we get what we pay for so make sure you invest wisely as the outcome for using Alcock & Associates will pay off tremendously. He and his firm are the BEST in the business!!!

Nick Alcock is a great attorney, when your speaking to him you can tell he really knows what he is talking about, he never tried to take any shortcuts and but overall really knew the ins ands outs of the law. What really made him such a great lawyer was how he and his whole team really cares about they do, they really take the extra time to get to know you and your case. I was very pleased with the services of Alcock and Associates and especially my attorney C. Ryan Curry. The staff at Alcock were very friendly and courteous and always willing to point me in the right direction and take messages as appropriate. Ryan was very easy to contact. I was able to call Alcock, his cell phone, or his assistant. In fact, I was able to E-mail Ryan, and he would always return my E-mails the next day.
