Bretton Barber is the best! I had a informal conference hearing last week for obtaining my Real Estate license after I was denied from the Arizona Department of Real Estate. Bretton appealed it for me and helped me through the process of how to explain to the board my passed convictions. With Bretton’s help, and the grace of god, ADRE granted me my license. I was accused of crimes I didn’t commit! Elizabeth Maupin was my trial attorney. She fought for me and she had every defense you could ever want in an attorney. Not only did she fight for me, she won my case and all charges against me were dismissed. I know in my heart it was her savvy, intelligent, and keen knowledge as a defense attorney that helped win my case. The arresting police department never had grounds to arrest me, nor did they have the authority to charge me with any of the alleged crimes I was being accused of. Elizabeth proved this in my trial and delivered a devastating blow to the prosecution, detectives, and police that had arrested and charged me! She helped give me back a life that I had lost for nearly one year as I was fighting the case and out on bail. I want to thank her and recommend her to anyone who is in need of a defense attorney!
